Worst experience ever!!!!!my flight get cancelled. The flight company informed me that they refund money to wego. Then when I contacted wego they told me to contact the flight company. What a shame!!! Very unprofessional

Disappointing multiple experiences with Wego, deleted app forever. @ In March 2026, I faced significant delays resolving a refund issue after an airline-processed refund, requiring multiple follow-ups. @ In July 2026, despite receiving booking confirmation after payment, I contacted support before travel to verify the status and later received a cancellation notification instead. Sharing this experience as feedback for customers and to encourage improvements in support and communication.

The worst app I have used for tickets, I couldn't refund my ticket money more than 4 months

Ghost trips that are not exist in the system, after booked a non-refundable back trip because they show a go trip that is a ghost and not exist in the real company system, they refund one immediately and canceled then said the other is a different and non-refundable. But how!!! If the trip isn't there in the first place I wouldn't book the back trip
