I use telia prepaid Nettie and every time I tap on the service plan under "Phone subscriptions" intending to top up the balance - the app silently crashes every time on my Pixel 4a with latest Android 12. Which kinda makes the app a bit useless for me, unfortunately. Upd: no, reinstalling doesn't help at all. Upd2: oh, yeah, the other app works, thanks! Still would be cool if this one didn't log me in successfully and then just crash without saying anything :)

By far worst service and worst customer service. I wish there was another provider in my area. I'd gladly pay them double and cancel all my subscription from Telia. Been a loyal customer to Telia for the past 8 years and I gotta say; I feel like I am obligated to accept anything from Telia against my will and against this country's law and regulation. I believe Telia should remove their customer service department because it is absolutely useless.

Terrible app and UX. No chat history with customer support, cannot copy message, reply or send screenshot No notification, can't even enable it, I have tried it on 3 different phones The invoices list is kind of unless, can't tell what invoice is for what service *Not app Billing system is just bad... 05/2023, and I am still paying for the service I stopped using since 09/2022
