Mioryde — Move anything, today

Mioryde moves things across your city, on demand: a bike for an envelope, a truck for a houseful.

Open the app and you are already on the map. Choose where it is going, see exactly what it costs, and watch it travel to the door. No phone calls, no haggling, no guessing.

WHY PEOPLE BOOK WITH MIORYDE

- A fixed fare, shown before you book and locked once you do
- Live tracking from pickup to doorstep
- Handed over only with your OTP: released to the person it is for, and nobody else
- Every delivery partner verified before their first job
- Search that finds your place, even when you spell it differently
- Hindi and English

HOW IT WORKS

1. You are already on the map. Tap Pickup to use where you are, or search for a place or drop a pin. Switch to satellite view when you need to see the exact gate or lane.
2. Plan the route. Pickup and drop sit together on one card. Swap them in a tap, or choose Home, Shop or Work from your saved places.
3. Pick your vehicle and see the fare. The price appears before you confirm, not after.
4. Follow it live. Track the delivery on the map, call or message your partner, and share the handover code only when it arrives.

SEARCH THAT KNOWS YOUR CITY

Type a few letters and Mioryde finds the place, even if you spell it differently: Mullapur or Mullanpur, Bagwan or Bhagwan. Places you have used before come up first and instantly, so a regular pickup never needs retyping.

BOOK IT AGAIN IN A TAP

Same shop, same warehouse, same customer? Open Your deliveries and tap Book again. Saved places keep Home, Shop and Work one tap away.

THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY

Every fare comes from a rate card: a base fare, a rate per kilometre and a rate per minute, set by your pickup area and the vehicle you choose. The total is shown before you confirm.

Once you have booked, that price is locked. If our rates change afterwards, your delivery keeps the price you agreed to. No surge applied at the end, no surprise on the receipt.

WHAT YOU CAN SEND

- Parcels, envelopes and documents
- Shop orders, stock and supplies
- Household items and small furniture
- Anything legal to carry that fits the vehicle you pick

Choose the vehicle to match the load: a bike for what a rider can carry comfortably, a truck for the bigger jobs.

PAY THE WAY YOU WANT

Pay at checkout by card, UPI or netbanking, or top up your Mioryde wallet and pay from your balance in a single tap. Every payment, top-up and refund is listed in your wallet history, so you can always see where your money went.

STAY INFORMED

- Live map tracking on every active delivery
- Notifications when your delivery is accepted, picked up and completed
- Full order history with what each one cost, and Book again on any past delivery
- Saved addresses for Home, Shop and Work
- Promo codes applied before you confirm, so you see the discounted price

DELIVERY PARTNERS YOU CAN TRUST

Every Mioryde partner is verified before they take their first job. We check identity documents, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, commercial permit and fitness certificate, and when a document expires, that partner comes off the road until it is renewed.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE

Mioryde is available in English and Hindi. Switch any time from Settings.

WHERE WE OPERATE

Mioryde currently serves across 53 cities in india and we are opening new areas as we grow. If we cannot yet reach your pickup or drop point, the app tells you before you book rather than after.

Mioryde: move anything, anywhere in your city.

Recent changes:
Help is now much more useful. The assistant looks at your own deliveries, so it can tell you where your delivery is, why one was cancelled, where your refund is and what your wallet balance is. It remembers what you asked a moment ago, greets you by name and suggests what to ask next. If it cannot help, "Talk to a person" opens with your question already filled in. Also includes small fixes and improvements.
