MY FIRST TIME USE WAS OUTSTANDING. I had googled "how to get from MZT airport to the hotel I would be staying at and the return 11 days later to the airport. The whole process was completed quickly and efficiently in a matter of minutes. On my arrival at the airport, the driver was at the pre-arranged meeting place holding a sign with my name. Wonderful in Greece, Horrible in Egypt. In Egypt the driver took us to the wrong address and made us pay an exorbitant fee to take us to our hotel. It was 3:00 AM, we had just arrived in Egypt, and we felt intimidated, so we finally gave up and paid him. We immediately canceled all of our other reservations with them, and they charged us cancelation fees on each one. Maybe try them in Greece but in other countries they are a scam.

Background: we're 78 years old and traveling in Italy with 55 kg of luggage. I booked a ride from the FCO (Rome) airport to our AB&B in Rome after I dropped off our rental car. I wrote in the "Notes" field what we were doing and that we were not arriving by plane. On the morning of the pickup the cancelled because of bad flight info. After 30 minutes Google Gemini found a phone #. The agent was no help and said I could have a coupon for future use or an 80% refund. I have disputed the charge.
