My flight got canceled, so I was not able to reschedule since support needed almost 24 hours to respond. They offered a coupon, instead of a refund. After 2 months the coupon is not valid. This is a joke, just call a taxi or go with the airport service

My wife and I have mostly used Welcome outside the U.S. but we booked a ride from LAX and were very disappointed with the service. Our driver changed during our flight and when we landed we could not get in contact with anyone to assist us when the driver was not there. We finally were about to contact the original driver from our email, and he was very helpful being the go-between with the no-show driver, who then told us to go to a place that was incorrect and was car rental shuttles only!

Expensive&aggressive drivers. The driver put our bags in the boot and then gave us the bags when we left, he drove off and within about a minute I realized there was one small bag missing which contained my insulin. Within that minute I contacted the driver, however he didn't respond. He then said he was 70 km away and guilted me into paying €60 for his time. If he responded when I called, it would've been an extra few minutes rather than hours. He then got aggressive and threatening until paid
