Alexandre was the perfect ambassador for Welcome Pickups. He was courteous, very considerate and professional, and delivered us to the airport at the best location for wheelchair access. This was above and beyond normal drop-off, and was much appreciated.

This service was very easy to use, the drivers were professional, and the prices were better than Uber. I used them in Italy, Malta, and Spain.

Super easy to book. My driver was on time and very pleasant throughout our time together.

Background: we're 78 years old and traveling in Italy with 55 kg of luggage. I booked a ride from the FCO (Rome) airport to our AB&B in Rome after I dropped off our rental car. I wrote in the "Notes" field what we were doing and that we were not arriving by plane. On the morning of the pickup the cancelled because of bad flight info. After 30 minutes Google Gemini found a phone #. The agent was no help and said I could have a coupon for future use or an 80% refund. I have disputed the charge.

Wonderful in Greece, Horrible in Egypt. In Egypt the driver took us to the wrong address and made us pay an exorbitant fee to take us to our hotel. It was 3:00 AM, we had just arrived in Egypt, and we felt intimidated, so we finally gave up and paid him. We immediately canceled all of our other reservations with them, and they charged us cancelation fees on each one. Maybe try them in Greece but in other countries they are a scam.

Drive left us stranded at Rome airport. Luggage got delayed and they just left us.
