The connection quality is the only issue, but it is unacceptable for a paid app. Reliable communication between parents and their children is critical, and the current connection problems need to be addressed urgently.

This can be used for thw purpose of my daughter who stays in hostel. It's quite good to use. Both the audio and video calls are connecting comfortably.

Don't ever install this it's a fake app particularly for those 1st parents who are keeping their child in boarding or in residential schools. The authority of that particular school will force you to install this app n say if you don't install this you won't be able to talk to your ward (child) n the worst part after installing this app you will get worse audio n video quality. It's better you communicate your child through school communication facilities.

I cannot even register, the security check keeps failing I have already tried it 20 times just to be sure and after the msg has delivered and I return to app, it says security check failed please try again 😃.delete this app from play store, wasted my time.

The MI PS Connect App is terrible to use. - Takes 5-6 attempts to connect a call - 1-2 min delay to connect - 5-min video call = only 1.5 min actual talk time - Audio is half-cut and unclear - After disconnecting, phone keeps vibrating and overheats. Battery drains if not restarted. It feels like a call connects only when "planetary conditions are favorable". Please fix this app immediately. It is unusable in its current state.
