The performance of app is best. But there is a Question that can we install and USE in two or more devices, in my case it is only working in one phone and in others phone its asking for a code and im not reciving any code either on my phone no. or tbs app on other phone, in fact im putting right pwd and username

Below issue was resolved. Work works well now. Updating it to 5 stars. My phone does not show alerts for notifications anymore. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting the app storage as well as reinstalling the app. Update: Latest release on 12 Oct 2023 has fixed the above issue. But a new issue came up, the app gives an error "Permission denied. Please go in App permissions and enable all permissions". Even after granting all permissions, it gives the same error.

Same issue with me too.... I am also not able to log in in my account. Whenever I try to open the app it asks for a verification code. And also when I enter my child's computer code and password and press the login option, the login is interrupted and after that I am again not able to log in

Notification showed that your app needs update. After update im unable to login at all. I'm missing out on important notices and worksheets from school. Have been facing this problem from past 2 months. After trying to log in, it asks for verification code, which I am not receiving, inspire of updating my information on the website multiple times. Kindly help.
