A powerful App to perform Spirometry and Oximetry test in real-time directly on your SmartPhone. Ideal for Remote Patient Monitoring, Self-management of cardiorespiratory medical conditions and track Lung Expiratory Capacity and Oxygen saturation levels for Wellness and Sports Enhancement. The App is also part of MIR Live Video Exam system: a Health Care Provider or a Respiratory Therapist/Trainer can establish a secure connection from his/her PC directly to the App, to coach patient in a live video call and to view/receive Spirometry and Oximetry test results (including curves) in real-time from the App.

App connects with Spiro bank device easily and has a lot of things I need for spirometry. However, the yearly report graphs are not as clear as they could be and not all controls are easy to figure out at first.

I was diagnosed 5 years ago with NSIP, a chronic lung condition which will eventually kill me. I was given an earlier version of the spirobank as part of a clinical trial. When this eventually packed up, I bought a replacement, which actually gives a lot more information than the earlier version and can now monitor my condition. Thankfully it doesn't show any deterioration, and I can share my results with my respiratory consultant without having to go to the respiratory lab at the hospital!

Was given a double lung transplant 5/16/2021 and have been using the Mir Spiro bank for my home spirometry readings ever since twice a day. Very happy with the app and the added new feature of letting you know how your test went and how you can improve your spirometry blow. I highly recommend this app for anyone having to keep track of home spirometry.

Edited review. Previously I had issues getting this app to work w/my Spiro bank Smart device. However, the excellent U.S. based tech support helped my fix the problems. If you get an error using this app that the Spiro bank Smart device isn't compatible, that means your device's firmware is older than that the app currently supports. You can use FIX Spiro to update your device's firmware. This will result in a password prompt the next time you use the device. Contact tech support for the password.

App worked fine for a couple of months. For the last two weeks it crashes every time I try to do a new test. So I've been unable to see what my numbers are, which is important after having a double lung transplant! So frustrating!!!

Very poor instructions, it is not clear what a trial is vs a test. But each time I start, it warns me I still have a trial. After I use it once, it does not say anything about additional trials but to start a new test or see results.

App doesn't even work with its own device (Spiro bank Smart). After installation, it says 'incompatible device, even though instructions say to install this app! I wish I wouldn't have wasted almost $200 on this.

Does not work at all. Before doing a PFT, you have to enter Sex, D.O.B, Height, and Weight. If I enter all 4 fields, it crashes every single time. Not only that, but sometimes the fields won't display anything even after I've selected an option. I've tried to force closing, deleting all data and cache, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. None of these has fixed the problem. Please fix this app!
