Very simple & easy to use, small tweek with the color of the font might be
considered, as gray on gray is a bit difficult for us older installers to

This app is typical of Intergas... Completely ignore any sort of installer queries or feedback. Also, your new Exclusive/Extreme boilers are embarrassingly bad. The mind boggles how they ever thought such a horrendous touch button (it's not a screen) could ever be acceptable in this day and age. Don't ever try and explain to the customer how to even switch the boiler on/off - they will be mashing unresponsive keys until they're into the installer sub layer 3 codes altering all the parameters the instruction manual tries to hide from you (and has anyone ever used the inbuilt CH timer...)

It won't let me log into the account. It says I'm not gas safe registered. I have been registered for a long time.

Does the job and registers the installation work OK but the benchmark certificate in the app doesn't work very well. In the app on my tablet I can't enter decimal points - only whole numbers. Not much use when trying to record gas rates and combustion data! 3.42 has to be entered as 342 etc. Needs updating with input from someone actually on the tools to make it relevant and streamlined.

Rubbish App. Used on Three Boiler installs, cant read Bar Codes, Can't put Serial No in Manually, No serial Number on Boiler plate - only GC number! Back to sending off in the post. Bernie, WD3
