Mission lane fees are too expensive interest $ omg lower them. Great company overall yet wouldn't give me hardship extension after pain injuries from car wreck. Yet I appreciate the one time.

I love dealing with the Mission Lane Company!! They always send out payment reminders in advance of the due date. And for those times when I forget to pay on time & late by a day or two, they send out new texts reminding me that payment is late, but if I'll go ahead & pay, I probably won't be reported as a late payer to the credit bureaus!

Complete scam - taking advantage of people who need credit help. Issued me a card (supposedly) never received. Started charging a monthly fee though I had no card. Once I called they said the would send me another card but fees couldn't be waived though I never had a card. I told them to cancel my card. When I canceled they told me my balance would reflect zero and be canceled. Hopefully this is the case, and I will be watching out for this predatory site.

Biometric works on app but ML blocked my acct due to email address change. To unblock acct I have to log in from my computer after waiting 24 hrs for verification email to verify my identity BUT biometric login DOESN'T work with computer login, and I don't remember password because I rely on biometric with EVERYTHING and the identity verification link is only good for 3 days, and I forget to look for it after waiting 24 hours for it, etc., etc.... DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM HERE? NOT USER FRIENDLY.
