Worst app. I changed cell phone providers, and I'm logging in, and it tells me my information is incorrect, yet I log on online with the same information. I had to re add all the cards, and now I can't log in.

The app is slow and overcomplicated to long in and use. Bread Financial/Comenity is a criminal empire. Run.

They were overcharging me on interest charges. I had to bring this up in order for it to get corrected it's a shame, and I wonder how many other people are getting overcharged. My balance was going down on a weekly basis but yet my interest charges were increasing plus during my conversation with them, they said the interest rates dropped but yet my interest charges was still increasing. Not impressed.

I have had this card for almost 2 years and everything with this company is an issue. When I first got the card I had to cancel and reorder a new card 3 times due to it either not working online or it wouldn't work in the store. Well fast-forward to now they literally cancelled my account, and they never told me for over 5 months and they've been charging me for assurance even though the account has been closed since February of this year. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
