Every time I try to log in through the app it says log in information incorrect. Now if I go into my email and log in through the email they sent me it works fine. What gives?

Updates all the time, I never know if it is a hacker or the bank asking for my details, yet again and locking me out of my account. DO NOT recommend using this app or bank for credit cards. Too many options to deal with these issues every month when all I want to do is review my purchases and pay the account balance!! To reply, I got so frustrated trying to log in to make sure I do not have a balance I called and just uninstalled the app. I could no longer login so I removed it.

Wants me to register credit cards in app. Will not let me skip this step. I don't want to fling add credit cards to the app

I thought this was an automatic promotional credit card with 6 months to pay off. I even talked to someone from your office who said so before using. But it's not true, so I canceled this credit card. I thought I paid this bill already, but apparently not. I ask someone to do so. Good thing I looked today, or you would have charged me a late fee. Very disappointed in this card. Will never get again.
