Great for installers. The help chat resets when phone goes into sleep mode though. That's my only issue. Direct wire is awesome and flashing a ds4 is fantastic.

You need to be a dealer. What's the use if the user can't change the configuration on their own? Dumbest app and product ever. It doesn't mention this when you buy it....

DS4WS. Custom Sounds... WILL NOT LOCATE AUDIO FILES TRIED MP3,WMA,AC3,WAV, OPUS,AIFF, FLAC, ETC ETC ETC Clearly an Android issue. Noone with Apple is reporting said issue. What a joke
