To say this app is half-baked is an understatement. Going through the training, I started getting excited for it as we would finally be rid of MICA. Well after trying to use it for a few weeks now, I must say a sentence that should never have been allowed to be uttered. "I miss MICA." Mitigate is a navigational nightmare. Our technicians have had crashing trouble, disappearing readings, carriers unhappy due to the app not labeling photos among many other issues. For now, we are back to using MICA

This app gets a 1 star because the ONLY redeeming quality is the scan feature makes sketching rooms easier that is until you are sketching a hallway and then everything goes terrible everywhere feature is a mere shadow of MICA the app function like they blew their entire budget on the scanning and forgot about the rest when all they had to do was copy and paste MICA over or do what an intelligent person would've done which is just add the scan feature to MICA
