Välkommen till konsten hos oss! MKB Fastighets AB erbjuder hem för var och en i Malmö. I våra fastigheter ryms även offentliga konstverk på torg, gårdar, fasader.

MKB Konst är en app för den som gillar att upptäcka Malmö, för den promenadsugna eller den konstintresserade. MKB äger offentliga konstverk från 1952 till idag. Många av dem står på gator och gårdar och kan alltså betraktas när som helst av vem som helst. MKB vill erbjuda en digital konstguide för att så många Malmöbor som möjligt ska kunna uppleva och möta konsten ”hemma hos oss”.

Från bulldoggar i brons till höga landmärken ut mot Ribban, från siluetter på tak till en färgglad mölla i stål – MKB:s konst talar till betraktaren med olika uttryck och formspråk. Den är ofta platsspecifik, utformad helt för sin egen närmiljö. Den är ibland skapad av väldigt kända och omtalade konstnärer. Den är lika ofta gjord av unga och nyutbildade konstnärer i början av sina karriärer. Konsten hos MKB är förhoppningsvis kul och intressant att uppleva. Vår app hjälper användaren med texter, bilder och en karta.
