DO NOT BUY - does not do what it claims!! (Jan 31, 2013) DO NOT BUY THIS. This app does NOT restore MMS messages (the main selling point) and fails immediately on some devices! Too late for a refund, but not too late for a warning! On devices with AOSP ("Pure") Google Messaging: Backup button gives "Backup Failed" immediately, and no backup is made of either SMS or MMS. Obviously, restoring causes FC crashes. On devices with Samsung Messaging (Galaxy S3 "Touch Wiz"): Backups do not restore MMS messages unless running the EXACT same firmware, which makes it pointless for upgrading/changing 4.0 ICS to 4.1 JB, for example. I have found Titanium Backup's Yellow "Messages (SMS & MMS)" button DOES restore MMS across versions, and across "Touch Wiz" -> AOSP messaging. Plus, it's free, so you can test it out at least.

***************** DO NOT BUY **************** Totally worthless. Installed to back up SMS & MMS before factory resetting my phone. The app said the backup was successful, but I found that after the reset and attempt to restore, all 18000+ MMS / SMS messages are gone forever. Google Play won't refund the purchase price, so I'm out both cash and all messages gone.
