The National Azulejo Museum APP offers visitors a guided tour through the history of azulejo in Portugal, the most significant pieces of the exhibition and the most interesting spaces in the museum. The app includes audio version in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Mandarin, with audio descriptions for visitors with a visual impairment. Also available video version in sign language for visitors with a hearing impairment.

Sets a very high standard for downloadable museum guides. Congratulations to all responsible for this excellent app. Not only was it extremely useful on site when I had the good fortune to visit, but it also serves as a post-visit educational tool... *and* it refreshes my memory of exploring the museum's beautiful building with its vast, historically/technically fascinating, brilliantly curated, stunningly gorgeous collection. (In other words, I'm a big fan!)

The app worked very smoothly and provided a lot of great information! It would be great to have a way to adjust the speed of audio playback, as the pace was a bit slow. Also, the audio only plays with the screen on and the app on top. It would be useful to allow audio to play in the background, so it doesn't stop when switching to the camera or if you want to pocket the phone to save battery.

We could not download the audio while we were inside the museum. There was no Wi-Fi and our internet was not fast enough. Plus the download would erase unless you kept the app open. So it was unusable during our visit. I would suggest programming multiple smaller files or having a strong Wi-Fi signal at the entrance so the 55mb can be downloaded quickly as you start the visit.

Unusable on android. If you exit the app, the audio stops, if you turn your screen off, the audio stops. You won't be able to take pictures whils listening. Waste of time and data to download
