I was submitting these by hand using an Excel spreadsheet the past 4 years. Fortunately, I saw an article on my feed from Springfield, Missouri explaining that this wonderful woman had created an app. It's so much easier and no going through spreadsheets, hand typing and hand totaling. This is great! It also has a photo of your receipt, so you have the backup right here as well. And I have had no glitching. It works perfectly and if it can't read something it asks. Very easy to use.

Yesterday I left a review for this app not so favorable. I emidiatlely had an email from Ryan who helped me get my problem solved. I worked in and managed grocery stores back in the day when there was customer service, that has been gone for the most part in all businesses. Not this one. Thank you, Ryan, for your quick response. And I have already received my first half of the year tax back.

Easy to use but no customer supports. All my receipts are being added to 2024. No way to move to 2023 Update: Fantastic app !! Customer support reached out right away and explained that I was already using the correct year form. A+++

The app is clunky and difficult to enter items into. The frequent gas stations feature doesn't allow you to pick or "favorite" the gas stations, so you end up having to enter the data multiple times which is frustrating. The automatic read feature doesn't work well, and you have to redo most fields. Plus 20% of your refund is a high price to pay.

Not an app it's a service. It scans (3 per day) receipts well. If you're catching up, scanning in past receipts, you have to buy one time scans. Regardless after you scan you have to agree to a 2.00 or 20% of your refund (whichever is greater) to get the form. I don't need you to send it in I just want the form populated. Sell me the app not a service!

Misleading. Not the actual Missouri app. Use with caution. Their own notice reads: This app charges you a yearly 10% fee based on the amount of your Missouri motor fuel refund at filing time for services rendered.
