Comments on MO Gas Tax Back for Android

This app makes saving your gas receipts so easy and filing is easy because they do all the work for you!!!

★★★★★ Julie Page · Aug 12, 2023

I got my refund only 4 days after I submitted the form! This app is easy to use. Take a photo of your receipt, each time you fill up, add a couple details, and you're done. When the time comes to send in your form, you allow app to generate your form, pay a small fee (worth every penny) and follow the directions emailed to you. If you have questions, just email Ryan, his info is easily found in the app. He answers quickly - believe me, I know, because I asked a lot of questions.

★★★★★ Noah Tatko · Dec 31, 2025

It's free money back from the government. 12 cents per gallon. If you live in Missouri, or even buy gas often in Missouri, this is an essential app.

★★★★★ Robert Morgan · Sep 28, 2024

Yesterday I left a review for this app not so favorable. I emidiatlely had an email from Ryan who helped me get my problem solved. I worked in and managed grocery stores back in the day when there was customer service, that has been gone for the most part in all businesses. Not this one. Thank you, Ryan, for your quick response. And I have already received my first half of the year tax back.

★☆☆☆☆ Timothy Gray · Jul 23, 2023

Misleading. Not the actual Missouri app. Use with caution. Their own notice reads: This app charges you a yearly 10% fee based on the amount of your Missouri motor fuel refund at filing time for services rendered.

★☆☆☆☆ Jennifer Rhoad · Sep 12, 2024

The app is clunky and difficult to enter items into. The frequent gas stations feature doesn't allow you to pick or "favorite" the gas stations, so you end up having to enter the data multiple times which is frustrating. The automatic read feature doesn't work well, and you have to redo most fields. Plus 20% of your refund is a high price to pay.

★☆☆☆☆ Christopher Mann · Aug 2, 2026

Not an app it's a service. It scans (3 per day) receipts well. If you're catching up, scanning in past receipts, you have to buy one time scans. Regardless after you scan you have to agree to a 2.00 or 20% of your refund (whichever is greater) to get the form. I don't need you to send it in I just want the form populated. Sell me the app not a service!
