Honestly such a good way to get around Amsterdam and the whole process was easy. You can use just a single account to unlock all the bikes, and they run very easily, seats are able to be adjusted. Would definitely recommend!

My first ever experience of a smart bike anywhere in the world and add soon as I figured out the app after (about 20 mins!) all was seemless and reasonably priced. Watch out for the time you book from, I wanted it immediately and booked around 30 min advance by mistake which meant I couldn't connect to a bike before then. You can extend your booking in the app easily enough but can't bring it forward. Rookie error!

Terrible experience using the app to unlock bikes in Amsterdam. Using two different phones we constantly had to reset the app and basically just gamble whether the bikes would lock or unlock. Customer Service was friendly but couldn't help. Two stars instead of just one because the parking did work really well.

This is the worst parking service. I got no instructions to get back as a pedestrian inside the parking building and no one at support center answers. AVOID BOOKING WITH MOBIAN

Data mining. I paid for a parking ticket and need to give this app access to my location to get my tram ticket. They also try to trick you into making an account. These practices should be illegal...
