If you are new to Montreal, and want to park on the street at a metered spot, there are signs telling you to park or not park. Download this app, place your name, email address and credit card info and when you type in the nos., e.g., R45 or PH302 and the app will tell you whether and for how long you can park. Great app, at least for here - although it is probably standard in many cities.

When you try to pay for a spot outside paid hours, the app throws a scary "this spot is unavailable/Bette place n'est pas disposable". Would be more helpful to have the message with the hours.

Adding reimbursement option for not full used service would be a must. For example, If you reserved for 1h and stay only half an hour, It would be great to have that half hour reimbursed. As It is now, as soon as you leave the spot earlier, the next car will overpay for a spot that is actually already paid and so on.

1- Have used the app Mobility many times before. Only this time after parked the car and brought Mobility up found out I was logged off and needed to log in. It took 10 mn of back and forth to remember which email and password I had registered with. Try to make this app more stable. 2- Update 2 months later: the app mobility still logs off. You have to log back in and try to figure what was the password you had used keeping rating at 1* 3- No way to extend the parking time.

Session Timer Starts Too Early - Is this Legal? I have used this app for parking in Montreal, and each time I lose several seconds of my paid sessions and so this all adds up. Shouldn't the timer on your parking session only begin after you have selected all the required elements and pressed PAY? Seems like an unfair practice ...please fix this. Even if you are quick, after you press PAY take a close look and your session is already 30 seconds in, if not more.
