Restoration of backed up SMS a bit inconvenient When I tried to restore a seemingly successful previously completed backup of SMS messages I got a "Restore problem" notification on the top status bar. I pulled it down and read a warning message from Samsung that it won't be responsible for dysfunctional texting feature for changing the default app for messages. I hit Ok to make the avast backup the default - which is what is required after Android v4.4 (KitKat) to work with backup and restore - but it took it a while to even start running the process.

There is a genuine reason not to trust I thought to flash my smartphone so before doing that I use this app to backup my data . I registered with my email and done the backup. After I finish with my flashing phone u installed this app to restore my data now guess what it didn't accept my login so I use Facebook as login option (as my Facebook uses same E-mail I'd I used to register on this app) nothing happened same I tried Google still it not shown my backup . . in simpl mean I fucked up...because I trust them. And I didn't find reset password
