This is a good working data widget, it's the only one I can find that works plus I love being able to pick the outline color.

I have chosen green border for the icon, but when I turn mobile data off, the border stays green. Is it possible to have the icon automatically change to a red border when mobile data is off ?

Firstly, Android 8+ systems aren't going to let you use this as described, but it will still function to get you to your SETTINGS page quickly where you can toggle the data on/off manually, which is still better than nothing I suppose. My real gripe with this is how god awful ugly and BIG shortcut icon is, with no resizing options whatsoever! It literally takes up a 1/4 - 1/3 of the screen, and it's a wiget, so you can't place it in bottom utility row of screen (on phones) to negate that! Oh well...

You don't need the permission to make phone calls to display cellular
information. I have several apps that work fine without it. Learn to code.

Dear Dimitri Lapayev, Perhaps instead of being sarcastically disrespectful about replying to customers you can perhaps focus more building a proper widgets that works in Moto G60 Clean Android, which by the way do not have a shortcut. So, yes, that's something perhaps you don't know yet, which is why it is totally informative to you. You can verify it first before being sarcastically disrespectful to users. Or simply do not reply at all.
