I have been using this app for a long time. And I'm completely satisfied with this app. Every app has some prons and cons and technical problem do arise to which every developer is serious and tries to eradicate that problem. Now lets talk about JRI. Many of you have commented both ways plus/minus.as a customer even I can understand the frustration, but we need to b patient. Worst app ever used. Made my first transaction, got failed, money deducted. When asked for refund they are saying money will be issued to your jri account.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. I have recharged a DTH of Sun Direct for 1 month, transaction is successful, but recharge is unsuccessful. So please don't go with app for recharging DTH or any other recharges. There is no proper response for queries. Please refund my money back....
