No clue how the hell this is supposed to work or operate. I paid over $70 for the microphone to use for recording my music, but I can't even use it. It says I have to have this app to not have any latency when I'm using it to record on my music app called Voloco, but I don't understand what the hell I'm supposed to do. I open up this app, it says it's all turned on & good to go but when I go out of it & back into the music recording app, it doesn't make anything different, there's still latency.

Is the Zoom app an alternative to the built-in video recording app for the android phone? On my OnePlus, the Handy share video quality is awful. Out of focus and incredibly light sensitive.

The pro version should be available for free. I have already bought the am7 unit but I can't download the pro version due to limitations on payments and transaction. Had I known that I can't download the pro version for free, I never would've bought the unit in the first place? I'm a very dissatisfied customer.😠
