Finally, It works! Easy to use. My only gripe is having to log in every time the app minimizes because... It would be cool to be able to have the customer sign in landscape mode... I find that while signing in portrait, the person tends to grab my phone and hits one of the soft keys which minimizes the app. This creates a confusing situation for those customers not familiar with how this system works, as the transaction is still processed, but they assume they haven't completed it. Fix that and you get my 5 stars.

Scanner doesn't work with my new S8 Galaxy. Would like it to work. I was told a new update to app was coming out a few weeks ago...... Manual entry of cards costs more to process.

Andy Galaxy S3 Card reader has not worked since day one. Called tech support, followed suggestions and still nothing. After about a year can only use the manual feature. Found out software writing is not for all androids. Sometimes they miss a few software designs. Must say it does work every time. Never crashed or other issues.

Where do I start 2 out of the 3 card readers didn't work, they sent all 3 of our locations to the same email with no way to tell them apart and every time we contacted from the company it's like they had no idea how to fix the problems when you only have 3 weeks to sell it needs to work without any problems? We used this company last year, and it worked great, if they can't, it get fixed before next year we will have to go with someone else.
