★★★★★ This app works perfect for me, it is simple to navigate and update live the tickets with photos, documents and other features. I would like to have the option to enable the calendar integration. Thank you for a good job with this app!

★★★★★ Great app, and excellent service from their support team. They respond quickly, and get any issues taken care of. But to be honest, there hasn't really been any real errors. Errors are mostly operator errors. If you own a service company, I suggest giving this company a call.

★★☆☆☆ Updated app *still* doesn't auto capitalize when you are typing in any of the fields. This is a basic function found in all software for well over a decade. Update requires MORE button presses to do the same function in previous version (ex. changing status in an appointment). I constantly have to reset my client profile to get tickets accepted by other techs to drop out of my queue. "Refresh" on the ticket queue doesn't do it. Overall, very cumbersome app to use

★★☆☆☆ The worst I've seen so far. I work in the field and between trying to get a work order closed and trying to open another has caused problems with customers due to time on site charges. Crashes on phones constantly!!!

★★☆☆☆ Zero stars, complete waste of time. No support. It's purpose, it's privacy compromise, the power drain. Total BS
