So far the app works well. You have to be very specific with the pharmacy name. On the map.you don't tap the pin.tap the name just above it. Tada. Submitted my refills with no problem. Seems to work best on my tablet.

I felt really like you all care. From coming from a pharmacy family owner. Your pharmacy I was impressed asking if I wanted consult or the paperwork WAY TO GO I LIKE THE FACT THAT. You value what the consumer wants because so many times they have the paperwork already stapled the kids see it or someone you are with see it when it's no one's. Every time I try to log in it keeps kicking me out takes about 20 times trying to log in to refill a prescription.

I installed this app after scanning the QR code at my doctor's office. The GPS functionality of my phone is fine but this app was unable to locate 8 different pharmacies by name that were located in my city, even though I searched within a 50-mile radius. I even manually located my pharmacy on the map and clicked on it but the app was unresponsive to that as well. I deleted the app.

2026... App continues its proud tradition of totally sucking!! I still can't update my damn phone number! Unacceptable!!! APP STILL SUCKS 2024!! My phone # changed and there is no way to update phone # in app. An awful app made even worse... This updated app is not functional, though it frustrates users in different ways than its predecessor. Now, you can't view a Rx without selecting it for a refill. Sometimes I just need to view the date I last filled Rx or see # of refills remaining.
