For a smaller financial institution they are not perfect, but they seem to truly care. I see them doing positive things in the community and fulfill all my banking needs. There are times that I have to be patient with the processes but the employees seem to be good people. The technology is on par with major banks regarding their apps etc.

Can't log in at all. Keeps closing after trying to sign in.

The app keeps closing, says I am an invalid user & then try to make me set a new password and then still will not let me in it even after it says my password reset was successful I used their older app version with no problems, then we paid off our loan & stopped using it till we recently refinanced our vehicles and was told to Uninstall the old app and install this NEW VERSION WHICH DOES NOT EVER WORK!!!

It has been closing each15 times that I have tried to use it. I emailed Mobility Credit Union in Texas, and an email to Google hours ago, no response from either of them. I also had to call Mobility Credit Union to speak with someone to transfer my money from one account to the other. Today is the 1st day this has happened. Please fix the problem, it would be very helpful if you all had an after hours phone number to speak with someone, that's very important.
