Set up auto-pay for credit card, shows under card control auto-pay full balance is on and linked to my checking, month goes by and credit card was not paid. The app also is constantly out of service

The app and online banking have been down all weekend. It was supposed to be up by 8/4/25 at 9 am but nothing yet. Being down 4 days and STILL going past your scheduled maintenance window is not acceptable. Credit card payments don't reflect instantly anymore. Now you have to check one section for charges and another for payments. You can no longer see how each transaction increases or decreases the balance to track spending. Rather switch banks at this point.

It has been clitching. It did not accept my loan payment, apparently. It is much harder to pay credit cards now. Sometimes it shows it's pending and other times it lets me wonder if it's accepted the payment. Very disappointed. Less use your friendly and consistently has problems

Your app and website app have sucked forever now the app is even worse with all the modifications. Completely useless. Going to another bank whose app actually works.
