Why does this app block screenshots? Just to make life difficult for people who use translation?

This app was great for automatically paying my parking tickets. BUT, it won't let me delete my credit card!!!!! I've sold my car and I've successfully removed my car registration from the app, but I don't need the app anymore! So, before deleting my account, I want my credit card info removed. This is NOT possible. Update: the developer replied to my email and advised me that they had deleted my credit card info and cancelled my account. HOWEVER, Customers should be able to do this themselves.

Unlike all other apps it doesn't let you use screen translation on your phone. Silly, just provide a toggle option and let the user decide.
