I made payment for to summon issued on the same day through this app. But there was no receipt in my email. Wrote to SSP Resolution Center and En Raziq responded the next day. He informed that my email address was not verified, and he had assisted to do it. I am now able to generate the receipt of payment. TQ En Raziq. Keep up the good work.

Don't download this app. I still have credit inside but this app had suddenly been frozen. Not able to get back credit, and had been months couldn't use it to pay a parking fee. Useless app.

LPR (License plate recognition) activated with available credit but gate still asked payment for parking. The user interface is colorful but not intuitive. Do you need to make payment for LPR parking, or it will be automatically deducted from available credit? I assumed it will be automatically deducted, but the gate did not do so even after it recognize the vehicle plate number.

Signed up long time ago. Seldom use the app. Last used a few months ago. Suddenly today 11/5/2026 cannot log in with msg wrong password. Try reset password error msg "email is not registered or Ic number mismatched".
