Signed up long time ago. Seldom use the app. Last used a few months ago. Suddenly today 11/5/2026 cannot log in with msg wrong password. Try reset password error msg "email is not registered or Ic number mismatched".

Whenever I try to pay parking ticket. This message will appear. I have restarted my phone and even follow the instructions given. Please do something about it Please check your internet connectivity. You may try to turn on and off your airplane mode to reconnect the internet.

Don't download this app. I still have credit inside but this app had suddenly been frozen. Not able to get back credit, and had been months couldn't use it to pay a parking fee. Useless app.
