When a hub goes offline (electric failure or ISP failure), you get notified. But, you do NOT get notified when the hub goes back online. You have to keep polling (checking) the app. Amazing oversight, given that the rest of the app works very well. An offline hub means you are NOT getting temperature & humidity data. It's important to know that the hub is back online. Please add this capability!!!

Very robust and usable app. I do wish it could show dew point. My sensors have temp and humidity, so that should be possible.

Works pretty well, needs notification when a sensor has not updated in a set time that you can set or not but not having notification when a sensor has not updated in hours or days sucks.

I have 3 freezers, and I'm much more relaxed now that I have MOCREO. When I was setting everything up I had one sensor that wouldn't pair, so I called customer service. They were excellent!

If unit goes offline it's worthless until I can make a long trip to reset it. 8-hour trip. I'm going to look for a different unit that can automatically reset.

I cannot get the app to create an account. It always says Registration Failed. I'm using a 2.4GHz router, so that can't be the problem. There does not appear to be an option to create an account online.

Even with an Ethernet connection hubs go offline way too frequently and for too long. If power loss, hubs will NOT auto reconnect to router even if its ip was "reserved" in the router, which is the whole point of reserving its ip address. You must re-perform the set-up procedure each time the hub loses power, so it can acquire a new ip under DHCP, which is stupid. Hubs need "static" ip address option. Poorly implemented design. Both app and firmware need to be revamped to address this problem.
