The app could use some polish, but I appreciate lots of options it offers. Bugs: 1.when searching for location (us) only the name of the city shows, not the state, so you have to go one by one and guess which one it is by the current weather forecast. 2.with daylight saving changes the alarm switches to the new time instead of staying at the same number ex:if it was at 6am it'll move to 7 instead of remaining at 6 after the time changes. 3. App has no notification when battery is low. Can't fit more

I've been a Robot user since they first landed on Amazon, and the device
and app are always getting better. A lot of the limitations' people talk
about are more Amazon/Alexa issues, and it's not fair to judge Robot by
them. The Robot has absolutely made my life that little bit easier and more
comfortable. I actively use many features, and only rarely need the app.
But when I do need it, it's there and it works.

I can't even set up my device with this. It says sign in, and it's not
connecting to the clock. I can't even get to the home page. Not worth the
money.

This thing is really fishy. When you turn off the mic the display will show a picture of a mic until you turn it back on. You will not be able to see the clock or anything unless the mic is on, alexa enabled and Wi-Fi on. Do you really need the mic to be on to display the time!

This is great for what it is however I'm about to drop it in the trash This has been around long enough to where it should work with other echo's and work with routines on the alexa app. The provided robot app is clunky and glitchy. This is truly a POS device in its current setup, such potential wasted, shame on the developers for not following through with what could have been a fantastic product. Give up the project and give it to someone who cares. Plenty of feedback telling you what is wrong, guess ignoring it is a good idea? Such a selfish team.
