Comments on Modern Milkman for Android

It is very good and convenient waking up in the morning before work or school runs and having your fresh delivery at your door waiting for you, and you can cancel an order or pause or update at any time purchase an item once to try if you enjoy that item put it on repeat order I must add you have got to try there honey its amazing.I only give 4 stars because it's missing one thing that would make it even greater you can get potatoes but no fresh fruit if fruit was added ill give 5 stars.

5 star as I absolutely loved having a milkman Bonus is my kids only have oat milk and have oat milkshakes on the app needless to say it's a daily purchase right now lol I hope in the future they add more oat products Only downsides I can see are the following App sometimes closes not sure why just closes randomly Availability of some items like bread should always be available anyone can get a loaf of bread from the shop Apart from that I love it and still 5 stars easy

Don't take a chance. It will cost you. Either they delivered to my neighbor despite me putting a photo of my front door on my account, or they leave products out in the sun. Asked explicitly to cancel my subscription via email, and they only cancelled my orders. Replied with a deceptive email offering to also 'cancel my membership' 3 paragraphs down. 3 months and £40 later I've pointed this out to them, and they are refusing to refund, so here I am. Bad actors. Bad business. Don't risk it.

Appalling customer service. Ridiculously expensive products. When you cancel, expect them to keep your money and not refund you. My experiment for 3 weeks cost me £40 for a few bottles of milk and some eggs. Just stick to your local shop. The products aren't even local!

They refuse to answer emails and take money out of your account even when the order is cancelled.
