I set up an account... Easy part. Entered my height (metric), my weight (not metric). Then I tried to enter my date of birth, but I gave up after 10 minutes of tapping the back key on the month and still hadn't reached my date of birth. There was no option to just enter the date by a keypad. In fact, you cannot enter a date of birth when you get to your D. O. B. And press ok it just selects 2017, and you cannot therefore progress as you have to be 18 to continue. I gave up after that and uninstalled the app as I couldn't progress any further. Hope this is sorted by the time my headset arrives.

I just purchased a Modbus and an unable to use it because it does not pair at all with my Samsung Galaxy s7. Very frustrating. I can only use it with my partner his phone, but that is not always available to me, so I miss out on days.

App is rarely 100% functional. There are issues with pairing. It will often not record your results. It will not allow you to use the device on certain attempts, saying you have already completed a session for the day even when you have not. If you try to voice your concerns regarding the app and the device to the company, they will stop responding to emails and literally block you from their FB group, FB page, and Twitter account. All of this has happened to me.
