Mark Grant's Sleep Restore app is a great resource. As a new EMDR therapist, I have been recommending it to clients. It has been helpful to both me personally with sleep and relaxation. It has been an excellent supplement to preparation work in EMDR and a tool for de-stressing and reduction of pain.

Very effective tool for developing good sleep routine and getting back to sleep if you need to get up in the night. I had a Clinical recommendation to get this app. Do the questionnaire to get the best outcome. I eventually bought the app. To access different combinations.

The app doesn't work on screen lock, and it consistently restarts the tracks
mid mp3. Not exactly relaxing.

I was recommended this app by my emdr therapist. It won't work. Very glitchy. No sounds play. It says there is a questionnaire, but one doesn't appear. There is no access to anything but a playlist of unplayable tracks. I read about the white bar at the bottom. It leads to a screen about the questionnaire but doesn't take me there. Is this app having major functionality issues? I disabled my vpn just in case. Didn't help. Please help

Serious baby lullaby. You know how annoying that is. That does not help whatsoever, and I just seriously paid $9.49 for this stupid app and that's what you had added. A baby lullaby serious and what the click sound. What makes you think that's going to help? PTSD dummies no offense all the other stuff's okay but if that helps other people so be it, but I don't find it helpful.

There isn’t BLS on the Stress portion. Very disappointed, it's supposed to be there. I first had the free version of the Sleep app. I did an update and all of a sudden had to pay. It was a good app. Now you have taken away the BLS.
