I really enjoy this app. I have been in EMDR with a trained therapist in the past which worked well for me and was looking for a way to help calm my anxiety and feel less insecure without trips to her office. I have listened to several tracks on this CD every day, and I do feel more relaxed and more confident. I can't guarantee this will happen to everybody, but it's worth a try.

Honestly pretty upset I paid for this as I bought the anxiety release app first, and it said it was part of 4 apps. The anxiety release does seem to work well so far (a few days of usage) but this app has nearly all the same tracks. I would like a refund. I don't think it's right to create 2 apps, state they work off of each other, charge for both, and both have the same content. This is dishonest. The sleep app at least does have different tracks, limited, but different. Thanks for anxiety app.
