Great Confidence Booster I suffered from depression most of my adult life. I rarely ever do now thank to these apps. Build Confidence is a must-have to pick up your self-esteem. Many of his apps helped me to include Quit Smoking. This app is a great add-on to Andrew's other apps: Positive Thinking, Moving On and Visual Healing.

Keeping stopping which is not exactly conductive relaxation

Not good The material is old, you won't get any confidence because of the messages are old and awkward. If you are over 40 it might relax you but for 21yearcollegeboy it won't do any good

Playback stops.... I'm still getting the issue of playback ceasing when the screen turns off. Please help. This and 'visualize healing' have the same issues. 5 stars definitely when fixed.
