It encompasses so many relevant topics to my own personal journey. I'm learning something new every day. However, anyone can choose segments that best represent their own phases of well-being. The courses are great, so this is not about Jose Silva's legacy. It's the people running the business. If you have an issue logging in to the app or website, forget about asking for help - customer service is non-existent. They won't reply to emails nor social media DMs. Basically, wasted hundreds of dollars on courses I can't use now. If someone from the website sees this, I would appreciate some assistance.

Don't fall for this scam. You don't get a certificate for any of their courses and the platform on the app and the web are total garbage. If you're taking this to see if you like it before going to an in person you can't because they won't give you any certificate of completion.

There was a recent update that changed the interface, and also it stops by itself at 4, 5 or 6 minutes in to the chapter and it's very annoying because you have to interrupt your meditation. Please fix it soon. This course wasn't cheap.
