The whole Modo experience on the road is excellent, and this app (obviously essential) is way beyond expectations. I noted poor ratings and negative comments, but after a month of use I am so impressed. Apart from one occasion when the app said it needed WiFi to note end of booking there are zero glitches. Cars are shown on map, and described in detail; availability is clearly shown; and trips are logged. In view of complaints by others I really want to stress this positive experience.

Most of the app works fine. Very annoying that it very frequently asks for your username and password when opening the app after you've logged in. Sometimes restarting the app after that logs you in automatically again, sometimes not. Several occasions as well of the app seeing a network error if I've left the app open for a while in the background, but not recovering, and I end up restarting the app to get things working again.

Good service with a mediocre app. One issue is that it logs out every time I switch away from it; logging back in is slow and often fails. Which is appalling, seeing that you use the app to end the ride and get charged for the time spent using it.

Don't bother booking through the app. Bill on the final invoice is wildly different than what is stated in the app. Use the Trip Calculator available on the Modo website for an accurate cost estimate. Modo - this needs to be disclaimed on your app. It's evident on here that it is the experience of many users.
