Work great but directions are trash. It only says to put the metal probe (make part of a snap button) into the arm pit and around the upper arm. You're supposed to strap it around the arm at the shoulder. Leave it on for 10 mins. You don't actually select anything on the app, just hold your NFC phone to the monitor part, and it automatically scans. You don't need to do anything. Super helpful little device from CVS, decent app, keeps record for you, just no instructions on how to use it.

Make sure you have NFC turned on your phone and it works fine! It isn't Bluetooth connected even though there is a thing in the app that makes it look that way. There are NO directions, so turn on NFC and touch your phone to the sensor, and it works like a charm. Perfect for middle of the night checks

I almost never leave 1-star review because they are usually a sign of pissy customers but I am writing one here because this product I spent money on actually does not work. I bought a strap on armpit thermometer from the drug store, and thought what am idea! I thought it would be like owlet. The app is difficult to navigate, instructions are in broken english at best, it requires a horrifying array of security permissions and pairing the device crashes the app. Who programmed this trash?

This app is absolutely horrible. There are no instructions, and you can't even get a temperature on the app. How does it even work?? The icons say nothing. The concept of this is great, but this app is useless. Wish I never wasted my money.
