So far so good the app is ok, but there is a hidden issue with this app, when you send money to an agent number, and after sending you did not perform any transaction for like three minutes, the app logs out so when you want to re login, the app fills the number that you send the money to instead of your number, so when you kee in your pin, it will be blocking the other agents pin, please we beg MTN, who ever is in charge of the app should check and correct this, thanks

Momo agent app is a good and excellent app that has helped me with all my transactions with ease it's indeed fast and easiest to operate buh there's a small bad side that they need to recorrect it. That's can't send Money to agents through the app thanks to the creator 🤝

This app could be better without constant SMS for login verification. Could be solely better to log in with a PIN and the transactions should also require PIN.

*Mtn needs to make the app great if they want their agents to download for faster transactions. One problem with this app is the log-in, which is too boring. The session expires when the app is not in operation, and it wouldn't be the problem, but the big issue here is that OTP, after you've entered your password to log in again, it delays and the time taken for the OTP to arrive can be compared to that of the manual operator. *The OTP is not necessary at all. Just a pin log in is enough.
