Pure nonsense from MTN. To login from Cameroon they keep displaying foolish error message "you are not authorized to use this service on Wi-Fi, please switch to MTN data to login" when my Wi-Fi is off, the Sim I'm using for data is my merchant Sim. This is very poor development. Orange has a very smooth working app that works even if connected to Wi-Fi after first login. In this world of innovation we still have to go to the office to get account statements as a merchant 😕😕

This is a very, very rubbish/dirty app published by a big pseudo name MTN. How can you create an app and publish online without including all the countries that uses MTN network? App last update 2023, showing that it's very, very harmful for Momo transactions and records, meanwhile such apps are necessities for POS. You guys don't even care about the welfare of the POSs. Infact how can you create and lunch apps without testing? Without including all countries (Cameroon)that uses MTN network.

Can't even use the app in the first place, all I see is a dark screen after selecting my country. Apps launched with no tasting, very useless. Then you create the Momo agent without Cameroon amongst the countries available. Very poor from a big name. These are necessities and are supposed to be facilities to assist your POS to be able to manage their accounts easily, keep records and track their activities (transaction history) but you guys are careless about it. App last update: 2023, shameful
