Bad customer experience. They barely speak English, don't listen, and just tell you to talk to the airlines, who then say to talk to Mondee. Don't book anything through them.

Clicking Map View causes app to close (at least for Hotels, on Android). This app has several other bugs that absolutely should have been caught via proper testing. When trying to book and entering your address, in Zip Code, only the numeric keypad opens, and the field only takes numeric characters. In countries like Canada, postal codes have alphabetic characters. My payment would presumably be declined because of this. Also, navigating away and back restarts the app. Very annoying!!!
