The ability to check in and get a boarding pass can be nice, but the user interface is not straight forward. I usually have to force quit to get to the screen I want to get to

Slow, expensive, dropped reservations, and customer service with agents that have no authority to fix CWTs mistakes. I will not book through them ever again. Most recent experience was a ticket that took multiple chat sessions and calls to finally get booked, at a higher price because CWT didn't put the original booking through in time, and I get to pay a $26 "service" fee on top. On the airline site, I would have been done in 19 minutes, at the original lower price without the service fee.
