We get it – you’re busy running your business and don’t have time to read your ATM manual. Not to worry – MoniMobile is here to help you manage and maintain your Hyosung ATM! This easy to use app aids in not only error identification, error correction, and cash management but also in organizing the contacts associated with your ATM. As a bonus, there are instructional videos on how to accomplish common tasks associated with your Hyosung ATM.

MoniMobile also allows for the collection of important ATM Data directly into the app by scanning QR Codes generated by the ATM. With one simple scan, you will have detailed information such as:
• ATM Serial Number
• ATM Model
• Card Reader Type
• Location Name & Address
• Software Version

MoniMobile users will be able to scan the QR error codes and then receive appropriate corrective actions. You can also scan cash balances and use the app to call or email service requests. Service requests emailed from the app will include important information to help your service provider; such as Location Name & Address, ATM Model, Serial Number and Current Error Code.

As mentioned, MoniMobile helps new merchants with tasks which normally generate a phone call or service call. Within the app are “How To” videos for common issues. Some of them include:
• How to load receipt paper
• How to load the cash cassette
• How to update the cash balance in the administrative menus
• How to clear a bill jam
• How to clear a paper jam

With the MoniMobile “Cash Totals” feature, Hyosung customers can quickly scan balance information into the app and keep a log of their balance scans. This log does the math, allowing you to see bill count AND cash balance (in dollar amount). Scans are then time and date stamped. Andin the case of multi denomination ATMs, this data is broken out by cassette as well as providing a total.
