Nice update this time, but there are a few things that are not working well setting up fingerprint doesn't work after the update, also it would be better if we can have dark mode the current version is too bright so please fix those issues

My attempt to retain my mobile banking had been failed due to your system to change password every three months, and trial attempt made it to be blocked. Since the action made was not the first and tried of going there giving email and fill process I stopped using mobile banking. Well there a rule for everything according agreement contract to have consent, if you are obligated to the rule which abide by the majority it is obvious to be governed by it. Are there any changes for mobile banking?

The app is not user-friendly and repeatedly shows an “incorrect passphrase” error even when the correct one is entered. In addition, I am unable to transfer money or access any mobile banking services. This makes the app unusable. Kindly resolve these issues as soon as possible.

It is already more than a month since this Yemen bank app fails to open on mobile phones. Could you please fix the issue with the app? This Yemen bank internet banking app which is installed while in Ethiopia is fully operational. However, a new app installed from Google store outside Ethiopia will not able to open. The mobile app shutdown immediately while trying to open.
