I enjoy your my myNCU. The only thing is if I have to get a new card, there's not a place to go to that's not 35-45 minutes. There's a credit union right up the street from my home, about 15 minutes. I didn't get my 25.00 dollars after telling them that I was sent by a friend who's told me to go to the credit union. He got his 25.00 dollars, but I didn't.

The mobile app keeps crashing every time I click on my account information. It will not let me check any transaction activity. Once I click on it, it will close the app completely. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app over and over again. It is the same issue.

The recent update to the app is not allowing me to go beyond the initial account screen it opens to. Once I attempt to look at the transactions in my checking account, it kicks me out of the app. I log in and attempt it again. Same thing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing............

The app was great until the latest update. Now it crashes every time I click on my checking account after logging in. So frustrating!!!

This app is not user-friendly, every time I try to send money via belle the way the apps set up I'm not able to send or receive money. Trying to send money to other accounts does not work. The app is awful. What other choice do I have but to use it.
