Does everything I want it to. Transfers are easy. Online check deposits are easy and keep getting better. Customer service is good. Secure (although I use fingerprints so much I forgot my password 😅)

Fantastic credit Union but this app is awful. No matter how many times I've selected "remember this device" it will never remember this device. Currently, the app just pulls up the webpage, which is only useful for checking your balances as you can't transfer or anything else.

5/24 mobile alerts don't work until I log in to the app, then the past few days worth of alerts show up in my texts. 9/25 latest update glitching when trying to deposit checks. Fails. 2/26 app loads very slowly, no updates available at this time.

It's a unique perk of being an MACU member to find out which new and innovative ways the login process will become broken. This time it's a first window that looks like a desktop viewer version of the mobile site, which accepts your credentials, then refreshes itself and looks like the usual mobile login window, which will once again ask for credentials. After entering this info a second time, the app loads like it's being viewed on desktop.
