I've had AFCU as my primary credit union for almost 10 years, and they've been mostly fine up until recently. The mobile app text is so small I almost need glasses, and I don't even have vision issues. Transfers suck, needs a confirmation button not a swipe, very unintuitive design. Now every few months I get locked out of my mobile app and can't use it. So I have to go on my browser. Honestly useless app. I'm going to switch my bank once all is done with them.

The new version of the app seems like a big downgrade. The old one had a feature where it would categorize and help you track all of your spending in a pie graph and show your net worth stuff like that, where this one does not. When you make transactions, or an auto withdrawal now in the app you can't even see what it was without clicking on it and reading it. It will only say something like point of sale, or visa you must go in manually and read where the charge or withdrawal is coming from.

New Update/interface, back button on android doesn't work, feels clunky, and it's missing half of the tools I loved and pushed people to get the app/America first for. Please bring back the budgeting tools in the app.
