Extremely bad booking system and very bad app. The school had not shared the exam schedule when l booked the meal plan for a week. After the schedule was shared it was seen lunch is not needed. I could not cancel the lunch and retain the breakfast. I called up the support number and the gentleman said l can cancel my subscription so that the balance gets added to the account. I did as advised only to find the subscription got cancelled, but there was no refund. This arrangement is a scam!
