This is the only app I could find that has an RGB channel mixer to influence the tonality of the mono output. I do wish it had more control over contrast and brightness (sliders instead of stops), and that it would allow to add some tint to the final mono image. But in general, this is a nice, simple, app that delivers exactly what it says it will. I highly recommend it.
